Terms & Conditions:
1. Payment:
When reading this, please keep in mind that both my time and your time is valuable and was kept in consideration during the creation of these terms and conditions.
All sessions will cost at minimum $15. Even if the cost relative to the prices would indicate less.
All payments must be made via Venmo(exceptions may be made upon request) and are due no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session. (If the payment is not made by then, and you have not reached out, I will assume you do not want to be tutored and I and any tutors have the right to cancel)
2. Refunds & Rescheduling
Refunds will not be granted for missed sessions and cancellations within 6 hours of the scheduled session will grant a 50% refund. (Emergency circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis).
For sessions that need to be rescheduled, please note that there is no charge for the first two rescheduling's, your payment will be applied to the rescheduled session, but if you reschedule a third time, there will be an additional $10 fee due 24 hours before your scheduled session.
If you have to reschedule more than three times, your payment will be 50% refunded, and your session will be cancelled.
If I must cancel, or reschedule an appointment, your payment will be fully refunded, and we will work out further arrangements.
3. In-Person & Virtual Tutoring Guidelines
If I have to travel further than 30 minutes to your desired location for In-Person Tutoring, than it will be an additional fee of $5.
If I have to travel further than 45 minutes to your desired location for In-Person Tutoring, than the tutoring must be made virtual.
I typically use Discord for my virtual tutoring sessions, and if that is okay further instructions will be sent in order to connect. If Discord does not work for you, we will work out another platform.
4. I will treat you with respect, I expect the same.
